I am a professional, fully qualified and insured Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and Sports Massage therapist with many years of experience. My aim is to provide each of my clients with an exceptional treatment experience; taking a bespoke, person centred approach to help not only treat but also resolve any musculoskeletal issues you may be having. I will use some of the most advanced treatment techniques available to help you achieve your goals; be that injury recovery, postural improvement or simply relaxation. My custom built, home based clinic will provide you with a warm and comfortable atmosphere in which to relax and receive your chosen treatment.

Booking availability is currently running at 5 to 6 weeks in advance. I do run a cancellations list so that in the event of a cancellation, I can contact clients & offer an earlier appointment. I advise you book further ahead to secure a slot & then request to be added to the list. Many thanks for your patience.

I am based in Stourbridge and accept clients at my home based clinic. My passion is to help anyone suffering with musculoskeletal issues, not just people who play sport. With the coming of COVID there has been a huge increase in home working and so helping people to “beat the desk” is a regular part of my work. A top quality treatment!
After a recent overuse injury I decided as part of my rehab I would get some massage therapy to speed up my recovery. I was really pleased with the treatment, Jaimie is very professional and knowledgeable therapist. I decided to go with the CBD rub as it has fantastic anti-inflammatory properties. The facilities are spotless and I could see that hygiene and safety are a priority.
24hours after I feel a little sore in places, which is to be expected however I’ve been out for a run and I can really feel the functional benefits of the treatment, I have no pain or tightness at the injury site and my range of motion has improved – really happy!
I have used Jaimie’s services now for over two years for my treatments and deep tissue massages. She has been able to establish my troubled spots with her expertise and knowledge and tailor the massage to work on these areas which has made a huge difference. She is always professional and approachable and has always endeavoured to fit my treatments around my work and family commitments.
