Been having deep tissue back massages with Jaimie. When I first went I was in a lot of pain and didn’t know if I was going to be able to persevere with it but thanks to Jaimie who was very professional and communicated well with me I was able to continue. She knew where she had to be gentle and where she could apply a little more pressure using her professional knowledge and communication. After about 4 weeks I can honestly say I started to feel so much better and now have a lot more movement in my back and a lot less pain. She explained everything she was doing and constantly asked me if I was ok. Everything is set up to be COVID-friendly and she has track and trace in place as well so rest assured you will be safe. I would highly recommend Jaimie to anyone suffering with joint pain. Only wish I had found her years ago.
I have just had my first Deep Tissue Massage with Jaimie and it was excellent. She dealt with my tight muscles and my back and shoulders now feel tension free. The clinic is a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I will be back!
