Hot Stones

What’s involved

A lovely specialist treatment using pre-heated, smooth, flat basalt stones. The weight of the stones provides the pressure during this treatment as they replace the palms of the therapist’s hands on the body, gliding over the skin. During the session some stones will be placed on your body and into your hands. Circulation is increased and the heat quickly relaxes your body allowing stored tension to be released.

Who would benefit

Clients after a comforting and calming treatment with the additional benefit of heat that can help soothe tired muscles.
